My name is Kat Powell and I am a Freelance Illustrator who has been working on Children's books, commissions, and illustrating for various client projects.

My personal artwork is an inward exploration of the human form through surreal naturalism.

With my art I aim to create a wonderment of surreal anatomy and twisting nature. Anatomy has always fascinated me and the additional influence of fantasy and science fiction has inspired me to take more liberties with the visuals in my artwork.
